 264 Houses For The Eight Groups Built By President Buhari In Abuja

Did you know that the Federal Government through the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) is constructing 264 houses for eight cooperative organizations as loans? The houses, which are being built by President Buhari's administration at Idu-Sabo of the Life Camp area of ​​Abuja, began construction in July 2020, and the work is well underway.




The beneficiaries are the Nine Wall Cooperative Society; NEPA Thrift & Loans Cooperative Society; Institute of Human Virology Multipurpose Cooperative Nigeria; National Board for Arabic and Islamic Multipurpose Cooperative Societies; Elite Minds Cooperative Society Limited; Developing for People of Integrity Multipurpose Cooperative Society; National Social Trust Fund Cooperative Societies; People of Integrity Multipurpose Cooperative Society; National Social Trust Fund Cooperative Society and Federal Staff Hospital Abuja Multipurpose Cooperative Society. Housing construction is being carried out across a 12-hectare plot of land, with each party owning 1.5 hectares under the Federal Government's mortgage lending scheme (CHDL).

This is part of President Buhari's administration's plan to provide affordable housing to the people, which in turn opens up employment opportunities for Nigerians!
