A court in Kano State has today ordered the arrest of Sadiq Sani SadiQ Ruwa Jalo, Freedom Radio reports.
"A court in Kano has ordered the arrest of female actor Sadik Sani Sadik.
Sadiq was arrested by the Islamic Sharia Court at the Hotoro Mosque under Judge Sagir Adamu for disobeying her order.
Earlier, Aliyu Adamu Hanas, a filmmaker, had sued him for money before he was hired for the show and he did not do the job.
The court issued a summons but he was not found and ordered that the letter be affixed to his house in Tudun Yola but it has not yet been made public.
Freedom Radio correspondent Aminu Abdu Baka Noma reports that the plaintiff is demanding N80,000 from Sadiq and will re-file his claim of wasting his time and losing money
