Did Tambuwal's Surprise or Subtract? - Prof Umar Muhammad Laddo
We welcome the action of the Sokoto State Governor, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, in the PDP's run-off election in which he withdrew his candidacy for the victory of his brother Atiku Abubakar. This is what we briefly call Tambuwalci, or Tambuwaltaka, in Nigerian politics. We hope this will be the cornerstone of our political future.
It is clear that if Aminu Waziri Tambuwal had not withdrawn his candidacy, Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike would have won the PDP's by-elections next year, God willing. This greedy greed of Aminu Waziri Tambuwal shows that he is politically correct, and puts the interests of his people before his own.
A family reunion to oust Governor Wike is imperative at this juncture in our country's politics where we must put our differences aside to ensure our common good. And more importantly, he is an anti-Christian governor of Rivers who once declared his state a Christian state after the demolition of a Muslim mosque in his state capital.
Deception and trickery in politics, and even redress when the need arises, are not a crime at all in the political arena, and there is no shame or blame in it, but only admiration and praise as long as it is a good cause, such as how it is here.
It is good to know that maintaining power in the north of the country and in the hands of Muslims is just and fair. First of all, the majority should be able to rule at all times. Well, we are the majority. Secondly, our neighbors have taken over some areas of life in this country which if we were in power would be divided. The third reason is that God has endowed us with the ability to describe justice and power both because of our Islamic religion and our historical heritage. All these factors put us at the forefront when it comes to ignorance and government.
Of course, we should have confirmed this long ago, but it has not happened to this day. But we hope that now is the time to establish this situation and ensure that the rule of law remains in place in the North. There is nothing to stop this but the lack of determination and determination on the part of our leaders and leaders.
We hope to see Tambuwalci in the APC by-elections in the next six days. Getting candidates from the main parties from the North, and all of them being Muslims, is not a matter of panic. It only needs to stay with the political Christmas. And if we need a role model then what Ahmad Nasir El Rufai did in Kaduna State is enough for us.
These people are just eating us up. They ate their share and came to eat ours. It's time to dump her and move on. They hold the economy, we hold politics. This will help us to lift our people out of poverty and ignorance.
We welcome Tambuwalci in Nigerian politics.
