 The Emir of Kano Sunusi Lamido Sunusi  has appointed Sheikh Aminu Daurawa as the chief imam of the Friday mosque

 His Highness the Emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero, has appointed the chief Islamic scholar, Sheikh Muhammad Aminu Ibrahim Daurawa, as the chief imam of the new Skyline University mosque in the old North Bank building in Kano State.

 The appointment was made. After arriving at the palace, Sheikh Malam Aminu Daurawa went to greet the King and prayed for the king's good wishes and peace for the people of Kano state, and the country as a whole.

In an unusual event, the king asked them to greet the Daurawa teacher, where he made a special prayer and praised the teacher for his efforts to educate people to the path of God.

"We see the kind of things that the teacher is doing to raise awareness of the community and guide them.  We thank Malam and pray for the best.  We see videos of various readings, God bless you."  said the King.

Also, after the appointment of the Malam with his three viceroys, at the palace mosque of the Emir of Kano, the team of Malam Aminu Daurawa returned to thank the King again and pray for his good wishes.
