 FRAUD ALLEGATION: The EFCC says it does not know where A. A Zaura went

 The Anti-Corruption Commission EFCC said it does not know where the Kano Central Senatorial candidate in the APC party, Abdussaalam Abdulkarim (A.A. Zaura), has gone.

The EFCC testified to this before the Kano State High Court, where he is accused of involvement in defrauding a Kuwaiti national of one million and 300 thousand US dollars. The case is scheduled to resume on Monday after the Court of Appeal rejected his release order and retrial.

 The politician's lawyer, Ibrahim Waru, said that it is not necessary for the client to appear before the court as they have filed a case challenging the jurisdiction of the court to hear the case.

 Also, he said that his client is not healthy enough to stand before the court, and they have medical evidence on that.

 Later, the court adjourned the hearing of the case until the 10th of November.
