His Highness the Emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero, has stated that the Islamic Development Bank plays an important role in the development of agriculture around the world.
Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero The Emir said this when he was hosting the President of the World Islamic Development Bank Dr. Muhammad Sulaiman Al-Jaseer when he visited him at his palace.
Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero said that the bank is helping farmers especially here in Kano State considering the history of Kano State in business and agriculture.
He also praised the bank for building a center in Gwale local government.
Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero In his speech, the president of the World Islamic Bank, Muhammad Sulaiman Jasi, said that the Islamic Development Bank will spend more than 1.8 billion dollars in Nigeria to develop business activities.
