President Bazoum Mohamed visited the construction site of the Kandaji Dam in Tillaberi state.
The works are expected to be completed in the year 2025 when the country of Niger will have complete electricity and even sell it to some foreign countries. Cutting the water will also help the bean villages in the Kandaji area for summer farming, grazing, and kihi fishing.
