Shehi Tajul Izzi Takutaha 2023: Tens of Thousands Of Muslims Came Out To Celebrate Mawlid in Kano.
Shehi Tajul Izzi In the evening of last Saturday, the Muslim community came out full of decorations and decorations in a procession to celebrate Takutaha Day. Takutaha day is a day that occurs every year on the 19th of the month of Rabi'ul Auwal, where poems, Islamiyat, zawiyas, and narrations come out in procession to show joy and happiness on the birth of Prophet Muhammad S.A.W
Like every year, the event was attended by prominent poets of Kano state such as Shehi Tajul Izzi, Usman Mai Dubun Isa, Bashir Dandago, Sharu Sani Jan Bulo, Abban Malam Ali Mai Sharifiya, Hafiz Abdullah, Halifa Sanusi, and others.
As for the tours, the team of students of Sheikh Abduljabbar Kabara of Mujamma'u Ashabil Kahfi warraqeem came up with some great tours of the Tijjaniyya, Arusiyya, and Qadiriyya sects in Kano city.
Young men and women came out wearing different clothes, with the sound of dhikrs, pamphlets in praise of Prophet SAWA such as Ishiriniya, Alburda, Hamziyya, Diwani, and poetry pamphlets inside and outside Kano city.
The Takutaha event is a model that shows the unity between Muslims of different sects, and the kind of love that the community shows to Prophet SAWA in Kano state.
