17 security chiefs are from the North; Atiku Abubakar condemned the appointment of Nadi.

The presidential candidate of the PDP, Atiku Abubakar, on Wednesday, condemned what he described as the appointment of heads of security agencies by the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari.
“PDP will form a national unity government. Atiku said during a meeting with members of the Nigerian Editors Association.
"Atiku Abubakar added that today we have 17 heads of security agencies. All of them are from the North; I will not do that. I will make sure that every geopolitical region is represented in these security materials, and this is another way that we can unite this country and give each part of this country its own understanding.”
