I failed as a Minister because of not address challenges in the education sector.
The Minister of Education, Malam Adamu Adamu, on Thursday, admitted that he failed as Minister because he failed to address many challenges that he should have resolved despite being the longest-serving Minister of Education.
The minister added that from the number of out-of-school children who have increased during his tenure to the challenges of ASUU and other challenges that are hampering the tertiary education system, he has failed to provide the needed solution.”
The minister who spoke at the 66th National Council of Education meeting in Abuja on Thursday also accused the state ministries of education of contributing to his failure as a minister.
