We have the instruction of Mr. ABDUL SAHIR popularly known as MALAM ALI KWANA CHASATN (Our Client) referred to as Petitioner in this context, we write this petition against one INDABAWA ALIYU IMAM referred to as the 1 Suspect and Daily News Hausa referred to as the 2 Suspect.
Sir, the Petitioner s a member of Kannywood Hausd rim industry he is renowned, famous and successful actor, who cOunts limitless excellent awards within and outside Nigeria due fo his commitment, honesty, dedication and good reflection of Islamic and Hausa norms and values. he Fetifioner has gained and still gaining thousands oT hundreds of Tans across the globe, which earned him to be one of The most popular Hausa celebrities.
Additionally, Our Client is a family man with children and he is one of the most respected Hausa actors in recent times within and outside Kano State and has established a very good reputation to his humble self.
The Petitioner did not know the suspects however, sometime in the month of October 2022, the Suspect privately crafted the Petitioner via a WhatsApp platform while using a telephone number

The 1 Suspect demanded a huge amount of monies from the Petitioner and he further threatened the Petitioner that any failure to give him (1 Suspect) the demanded amount, he (1Suspect) would interfere with the Petitioner's privacy and injure the good reputation of the Petitioner by slanderous publications
The Petitioner having known fo have not done anything wrong against anyone, he defied to respect the illegal demand of the 1s" Suspect, in
fact, the Petitioner dared the 1 Suspect To 99, and and do whatever he felt like. That on the 30" of October 2022 the 1 Suspect sent a screen short of a falsehood and defamatory publication made by the 2d Suspect injuring the reputation and image of the PetITIOner
That The said publication stated that the Petitioner was desirous to have an illicit relationship with a lady whose identity was not mentioned in the said publication and she was about to get married to a different person
The 2 Suspect further mentioned that the Petitioner has Deen timeously craving and pleading with the lady to allow him to have a sexual relationship (rumpy pump) with her, the offer which the lady turned down and later reported the matter to the person who she was about to marry. The 2 Suspect described the Petitioner in the malicious publication as a habitual adulterer and made a call to the public that ladies should distance themselves to the Petitioner.
