 According to him, a young man named Murtala Maja left Sokoto state and went to Abuja to reclaim his rights from the Minister of Compassion and Relief, Hajiya Sadiya Umar Faruk.

 The young man revealed this in a video he posted in a hotel where he said, "I sent a message to Buhari, I will not leave Abuja until I meet Sadiya Faruk and give me my right to NPower, so all Nigerians  who needs his rights, come to Abuja and receive his rights in the hands of the Minister of Mercy, Hajiya Sadiya Faruk"
