The government of Kano has started to execute the decision of the court against Abduljabbar

The government of Kano state has begun to execute the judgments of the Judge of the High Court of Islamic Shari'a against the Imam of Kano, Sheikh Abduljabbar Nasiru Kabara, who was sentenced to death by hanging for the crime of blasphemy against the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace.

Our source reported that the Judge of the Court, Malam Ibrahim Sarki Yola while passing the judgment on December 15, 2022 said that the following judgment is necessary to prevent the continuation or dissemination of slanderous words against the Supreme Being S A W.

Justice Watch News gathered that the Deputy Sheriff of Kano State High Court passed the sentence yesterday Friday.

While our correspondent visited the Ashabul Kahfi mosque in Mushe field in Gwale local government and the Jamiurrasul mosque in Sabuwar Gandu in Kano city on Saturday, he noticed that the two mosques and the school belonging to the convict were locked.  And they are under the supervision of security forces armed with heavy weapons.

Similarly, Justice Watch gathered that all 189 books issued by Sheikh Abduljabbar Nasiru Kabara during the trial were confiscated and taken to the Kano state library as ordered by the court.

Recently, the court sentenced the teacher to death, and ordered the confiscation of his books and the closing of his mosque, which has now been implemented.

Legal experts have stated that the government will execute Malam Abduljabbar if he fails to appeal within 30 days.
