Hot News: The Old Money Will Continue To Be Accepted Until The Day The Supreme Court Decides
Justice John Okoro, presiding over the Nine Judges, also approved the inclusion of additional states, namely Katsina, Lagos, Ondo, Ogun, Ekiti, and Sokoto as plaintiffs, after Kaduna, Kogi, and Zamfara who have started installation.
The court ordered the original plaintiffs and the defendant, consisting of the Attorney General, to amend the rest of the first complaint to include the new parties.
So far, 9 states have increased, when the government filed a complaint, where they expressed their disapproval of the decision to stop benefiting from the old currency.
