 I will implement the objectives of the CAN Organization, said Atiku Abubakar

 

The presidential candidate of the PDP, Atiku Abubakar, has vowed to implement the policy document presented to him by the leaders of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN).

 Atiku made this promise during his meeting with CAN leaders in Abuja on Tuesday.  The presidential candidate of the PDP noted that he fully believes in the draft strategy of the Christian organization.

 According to Atiku, there is no difference between CAN's Policy Roadmap for a Future Nigeria and his position as contained in his policy document and the various books he has published.

 He said, "I listened to the presentation of the CAN document and I can tell you that the CAN document is consistent with my thoughts in a book I published when I was the Vice President.  There is no difference between my book and CAN's presentation."

 Atiku's delegation was received by the president of CAN, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, the secretary of the association, and other executive members.
