During a hearing in York County District Court, she may be seen in the photo with her former defense lawyer Christopher Johnson.

York, Nebraska Inmate serving a life sentence for murder at the Nebraska Correctional Center for Women in York, Erica Jenkins, 31, is requesting that her name be changed.

Jenkins has asked the York County District Court to schedule a hearing for July 12 so that her request for a name change can be taken into account.

She is requesting that her name, Erica Ashley Jenkins, be legally changed to Elluminati Egoddess Erikka Prestige.

Jenkins was given a life sentence for the 2013 murder of Omaha resident Curtis Bradford. She is the sibling of Nikko Jenkins, a death row inmate who took part in the murder of Bradford and was also accountable for three other homicides. She also faces a lengthy term for robbery connected to the murder.

Jenkins is also serving a 20–30 year term for assaulting Christine Bordeaux, another prisoner. A York County jury held Jenkins responsible for assaulting Bordeaux (her cousin, who testified against the Jenkins siblings in the Bradford case). In the incident, Bordeaux sustained a broken arm, nose, and concussion.
