Destiny Etiko is a Nigerian actress best known for her part in the hit movie "Idemili."
In 2011, she joined the "Actors Guild of Nigeria" and began working in the Nollywood film industry in Nigeria.
During her professional acting conception, she featured in minor roles in several Nollywood films before landing the lead role in the movie “Idemili.”
Etiko was born in the village of Udi, which is in the state of Enugu, which is in the southeast of Nigeria and is primarily populated by Igbo people.

Destiny Etiko is not married, and the actress has said that people shouldn't link her success to men because she works very hard and has a lot of brand ambassadorial deals.
"It's funny because I work for my money and get good endorsements. If men find it easy to give you money, go get money from men. I work and make money and some people like me. I recently signed an endorsement deal with a Chinese company that makes tampons and baby diapers. When I succeed tomorrow, people will say that a man helped me. Let them talk. Even if I don't accomplish anything, the same people will still say that I haven't done anything for myself in all the movies I've been in. I don't want to take it seriously."
Destiny Etiko said in another interview that she wants to marry a man who understands her love of acting. She also said that she was not ready to give up her job for any reason; not even marriage or a man could get her to stop acting in movies.

Destiny Etiko has an adopted daughter, Chinenye Eucharia, but no known biological children.
Family
Destiny Etiko's late father was Mr. John Anonde Etiko, and her mother was Eucharia Etiko.
In December 2019, she bought her mom a house for her birthday. A year later, she bought her mom a Toyota spider.
