 INEC has started preparing to give Abba Kabir Certificate

The Electoral Commission has started preparing to give Abba Kabir along with other elected members of the State Council the Certificate of Winning the Election.  Which will be done tomorrow Wednesday at around ten o'clock in the morning

 This is coming after the Kano State Information Commissioner, Garba Muhammad stated that the Electoral Commission has agreed to look into their complaint on the alleged manipulation of the APC during the election.
