Lee Seung-gi, who plays Cha Dal-gun, said that Vagabond is a popular show with lots of new stories to tell. So he hopes Vagabond will return for a second season. Lee Seung-gi told Alkpop during the season finale that there was "no way" the story would end without a second season.
A lot of American drama will leave you scratching your head and thinking, "Huh?" Due to declining interest and a lack of resources, Season 2 might not happen. Yes, I'd like to be a part of the second season if I get the chance.
According to Korean Alerts, Vagabond’s second season is already in production at an undisclosed location. The public wants to know who is to blame for the plane crash that killed Cha Dal-nephew, gun Cha Hoon (Moon Woo-jin). Aside from that, would Cha Dal-gun and Go Hae-Ri start dating?
Cha Hoon goes on a field trip to Morocco at the end of the movie Vagabond. Before he gets on the plane, he sends his paternal uncle a video message. Dal-gun, on the other hand, is captivated by a report on the plane crash in which Cha Hoon perished.
After the B357 plane crashed, an investigation found that it wasn't an accident, but rather a planned act. An undercover spy from the National Intelligence Service assists Cha Dal-gun. As the investigation goes on, they fall more and more in love with each other.
IS VAGABOND SEASON 2 CANCELED OR NOT?
Major cliffhangers characterize South Korean dramas. But there has been no update on it yet. So, is Season 2 of Vagabond canceled? In July 2022, the portal also said that Vagabond staff had discussed the idea of a second season.
When asked about a second season, the show's producers said they were looking into the possibility. Lee Seung-gi also told Alkpop about the end of Vagabond: "When you watch the end of season 1, there's no way the story could end there without season 2."
When you watch American dramas, many of them end similarly, leaving you going, ‘Huh?’. I think a second season will depend on how many people watch and, of course, how well the show does financially. If the chance comes up, I'd like to work on season 2.

Cha Dal-gun is forced to work with Go Hae-ri (Bae Suzy), an undercover agent for the National Intelligence Service, as the inquiry becomes risky and complicated. The narrative is packed with surprises, thrills, and action that will keep you on the edge of your seat the entire time.
