Nigerians will miss Buhari if he steps down, says Malam Garba Shehu
The Chief Adviser to the President of Nigeria on Media, Mallam Garba Shehu has complained about the slander against the President of the country, Muhammadu Buhari.
He said that no love is shown to leaders when they are in power.
He gave an example of the era of Goodluck Jonathan who said that people criticized him but now, he has become a person who is praised by many Nigerians.
Mallam Garba Shehu said the same thing will happen if Buhari hands over power to the next president.
Regarding the policy of restricting the use of money, Garba Shehu said that the current government's system is desirable and therefore it will not be canceled.
According to him, "restricting the use of currency notes is progress for Nigerians because developed countries are already moving on this system".
The people of Nigeria have been facing problems due to the shortage of currency notes since the government decided to change the nature of the currency notes.
