A crippled man fell into the hands of the police after he was caught begging with 81,000 Dollars (about 37.3 million Naira) in his rubber legs.
The crippled man, who had his leg amputated and walks with a prosthetic leg with the help of a crutch, was arrested in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The man, whose name and country of origin have not been revealed, fell into the hands of the police after entering the country with a visitor visa.
He was arrested on Thursday the 16th, begging in mosques and parks as reported by Gulf News.
The police are accusing the crippled beggar of lying, as a large amount of money was found hidden in his prosthetic leg, even though he pretended to be a beggar seeking public assistance.
The Dubai Police that made the arrest warned the public not to be confused by beggars who create different strategies to seek their sympathy.
