Today the Izala Group has completed 45 years
On a day like today, March 12, 1978, Jama'atul Izalatul Bida Wa'Ikamatus Sunnah (JIBWIS) was established.
JIBWIS is an Islamic Religious Association, followers of the Sunnah of the Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him. And this organization was established in the capital of Plato State in Jos, which was founded by the great Islamic teacher and Chief of the Nigerian Army, namely Sheikh Ismaila Idris Bin Zakariyya Jos, and the Organization's Management Center is still in Jos under the leadership of the first Khalifa. of this group that is Sheikh Muhammad Sani Yahya Jingir.
Among the important goals of this group are:
1. Worship God alone without associating Him with anyone else (shirk). Then ensure obedience to Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) without disputing or citing the statements of other people.
2. Ensuring to follow the morals (sunna) of the Messenger of God (S.A.W) without making any mistakes.
3. Abandon all the traditions that are against the religion of Islam.
4. The love of the Prophet (S.A.W) and his family, his companions/friends and his in-laws without criticizing any of them.
5. Ensuring the pursuit of religious and secular knowledge anywhere in the world and following religious laws.
6. Confirming the integrity of God's true saints and righteous servants and all other good people. (Wikipedia)
Today marks the 45th anniversary of the establishment of the Izala organization which Sheikh Ismail Idris Bn Zakariya founded in Jos, and led it until the end of his life.
The teacher had to fight against the enemies of the Sunnah at that time, until an attempt was made to kill him, and he went to prison because of preaching.
Sheik was once arrested in Kano town and from there he was taken to Cross River (Calabar) and he spent 40 days without knowing where he was.
Sheik left the army because of preaching. They have suffered so much that when they went to preach in another town, they were stopped. For example, one day they went to preach in Maiduguri. even though at that time permission had to be sought from the authorities before their arrival, but despite that they were denied. Finally, the Sheikh apologized to the people and went home.
The Sheikh lived an exemplary and impressive life as an Islamic scholar. No matter how proud you are, Mal will tell you the truth without fear.
We ask God to cover him with his mercy, to make him rest when it comes to us, and to make us full of faith.
