In 2010, when she gave birth to her son Louis Bardo Bullock, Sandra Bullock's life got better. The actress who won an Academy Award took in her loving son when he was just a baby, and he has changed a lot over the years.

Sandra said that Hurricane Katrina, which happened five years before she split up with her ex-husband Jesse James in 2010, made her want to adopt. The actress from "The Blind Side" told Parenting that she "did think to herself, 'Maybe not,'" but that "Katrina happened in New Orleans" made her decide to adopt anyway. In June 2018, Sandra told the news organization, "Something told me, 'My child is there.' It was weird."

\Sandra's family grew after Louis was born. In 2015, she adopted her second child, Laila Bullock. Later that year, she started dating L.A.-based photographer Bryan Randall, and they've been raising the star's cute kids together ever since. In May 2021, a close friend told Closer that they had become "one big, happy family."

Sandra says that her daughter is "fearless" and "going to do big things" in her life, but she said that her son's attitude is a little different. In May 2018, the Golden Globe winner talked to InStyle about why she calls Louis her "78-year-old son."

"He's fully committed to [Sandra] and the kids, and she knows this," the source said. "The kids have been calling [Bryan] Daddy for as long as anyone can remember, and it still makes him smile the biggest smile." A source said that Bryan "adores" Louis and Laila, which is good news for the star.
