The army of Sudan commanded citizens to remain in their houses.

Despite efforts to establish a cease-fire, the Sudanese army has ordered residents of Khrtoum to remain indoors and refrain from peering out of their windows. The army has also deployed tanks and artillery.

Officials report that throughout the two-week combat between the army and the RSF, at least 500 people have died.
