The police dispersed the bandits in Zamfara
The Zamfara State Police Force said its officers have foiled an attempt by bandits to attack a village in Tsafe Local Government Area.
The officers also managed to kill the two bandits.
In a statement signed by the spokesperson of the army in the state, Mohammed Shehu, she said that the incident happened on Sunday, where there was a fight between the police officers and the attackers.
The statement said that apart from those who were killed, some attackers survived with serious injuries.
