This Video of Brooklyn Daly at the Beach Will Bring You Joy

Stop what you're doing and let Brooklyn Doris Daly calm your nerves if you're currently stressed out. It's impossible to watch a video that Kenya Moore's kid posted from her day at the beach without getting a rush of happiness.

Since she was a little child, the Real Housewives of Atlanta youngster has maintained her own Instagram account. Brooklyn's Instagram bio states, "I'm a miracle baby join me for milk [and] cookies and of course tea," adding that the account is "run by my mommy."

The little girl, who is now 4 years old, is utilizing her platform to give her 244K fans a beachy Zen moment. (Okay, so Kenya is the woman who shot the video; we'll accept it anyway.) 

The 4-year-old can be seen writing the letter B in the sand using a stick in a video that was uploaded to Brooklyn's feed on March 6. Little "B" is having the time of her life on a length of immaculate white sand, but it's not just any sand. The calming track "Peace" by Eric Godlow serves as the soundtrack to the film while crystalline blue waves smash to the shore in the background.

Speaking of peaceful vibes, Brooklyn's beachy post had the phrase "B is for peace." Play the video below to hear the laid-back soundtrack. Try not to feel too fortunate to be stressed as you observe a cute little girl write a message of peace in the fine white sand. 

Although Brooklyn is still OOS (out of school), the Atlantan child is a voracious student in her daily life. 

On January 13, Kenya mentioned that Brooklyn has a talent for languages while speaking with Us Weekly's Getting Real with the Housewives podcast. Kenya said of her kid, "She is in [an] international school, so she is speaking almost fluent Spanish." She speaks [Spanish] far better than I do.

Brooklyn isn't just modeling linguistic skills for her mother. Kenya recently participated in Special Forces: World's Toughest Test as a "recruit". After her time on the show came to an end, the RHOA mom opened up about the trying experience and thanked her child for being an inspiration to her. 

She said on February 1 that she "pushed me beyond my wildest dreams." I never imagined that I would be able to overcome my fear of heights, but thanks to this presentation, I can assure you that I will never be terrified of a mountain, an airplane, a cliff, or any other really high height. Thanks for the challenge, Fox TV. Friends for Life gave me the inspiration I needed to carry on. You are all loved by me.
