President Muhammadu Buhari has stated that he deliberately closed the borders of this country during his administration.
The outgoing president said he did this so that Nigerians can rely on themselves to produce food for themselves.
President Buhari said that even though Nigerians initially cursed at this, later they came back and thanked this step.
