Conditions set by the court for Malam Idris Abdul'aziz Dutsen Tanshí before granting bail.
After hearing the cases from all parties, the court gave conditions before Malam Idris was granted bail.
- The conditions include bringing a Permanent Secretary to stand in for him who is from the Bauchi state government.
- The second sharaďi will bring a Hakimi who will stand in for him and who owns a fortune worth five million Naira in Bauchi.
If he does not fulfill this condition, he will continue to be educated in the correctional institution and will continue to be taken to court.
