George didn't believe what his grandson said, and at one point, he was said to have tried to force Tyler to change his story because he completely trusted Theranos's founder, Elizabeth Holmes. It is said that George and Tyler no longer talk to each other. "The Inventor," an HBO documentary about Theranos coming out in 2019, features George.
