According to Alexander Bogomaz, the governor of the Bryansk area, an explosive device detonated 60 kilometers from Ukraine on the Bryansk to Unecha railway.

According to Russian Railways, the incident, which occurred at around 10:00 a.m. Moscow time, led to the derailing of seven oil tanker cars.

Since Russia started occupying Ukraine, there have been subversive activities in the area bordering Belarus and Ukraine.

The plane was reportedly carrying fuel and lumber. There were no reported injuries.

Pictures shared on social media showed the oil tankers crashing to the ground and billowing smoke and ash.
