Real Estate of Marc Mezvinsky

Marc and Chelsea spent $4 million on a three-bedroom, 1,922-square-foot home in the middle of Manhattan in 2008. The house is on the tenth floor and has a beautiful ten-foot ceiling, an open chef's kitchen, and a living room and dining room.
In 2013, Mezvinsky and Clinton sold this home for $4.75 million and bought a much bigger apartment for $10.5 million with 5,000 square feet. The new apartment is just a few blocks from where they used to live. It is the longest and widest apartment in the whole city, running from 26th to 27th street in Manhattan. The apartment is a luxury, ultra-modern, "environmentally-conscious" home with beautiful views of Madison Square Park.
