White Money, Ushbebe, and others to grace HVD with EmmCeeRNB
White Money, Ushbebe, and others to grace HVD with EmmCeeRNB White Money, Harry Song, Ushbebe, and other well-known artists will be at the first High Voltage Doings (HVD) with EmmCee RNB, a night of music and comedy that will take place on April 23, 2023, at Lagos's Terra Kulture.
The event was called "RNB My Responsibility (Tales by Sugar Daddy)" and was hosted by EmmCee RNB. It was an extension of his brand as a duty-continuity officer, comedian, master of ceremonies, husband, and parent.
He told Weekend Beats, "Over the years, people around me have encouraged me to go back to stand-up comedy and start my own show in Lagos. It's been five years since I moved to Lagos, and in that time I've been part of the team that puts on big comedy and music shows all over the country. I was more of a backup in those shows than anything else. Even when I was just starting out in my work, I put on a lot of shows in the city of Benin between 2011 and now. So I thought it was time for EmmCee RNB to have his own show and stage to show that he can do more than one thing.
EmmCee RNB also noted that the guest-list for the event – which is powered by Firepps, Boom E-Commerce, and Carsplenty – would include other notable entertainers such as Senator, Eboh bomb, Bow joint, Odogwu, Mc Danfo, Nasboi, ATM, Ab Jokes; and musical artistes like Praiz, Jaywillz, JamoPyper, Dan Dizzy, Raybekah, Logos Olori, Kaptain, Bobby Saka, among others.
