A Swiss court has acquitted the police on charges of killing a Nigerian
Six Swiss police officers were accused of killing a 39-year-old Nigerian man who had a heart attack when they tried to arrest him by pinning him to the ground. The police officers were found not guilty by a Swiss court.
The jury said that it can't be shown that what the cops did caused Mike Ben Peter to die.
When the decision was read, people in the courtroom yelled "shame" and others protested outside.
Lawyers for Mr. Peter's family said that when he was arrested, the cops used too much force.
The protesters said that the situation is the same as when George Floyd was killed.
