Attacks on schools killed children.
After a terrorist attack carried out by the ADF group, the authorities in Uganda discovered at least 41 dead bodies, some of which had been burned, while others bore the indications of a bullet wound. Some of the victims suffered from burns, while others had been shot.
As a result of the assault on a secondary school, six persons have vanished, and it is believed that the bandits took them hostage.
The majority of those who perished as a result of the attack were pupils; however, according to the mayor of Mpondwe-Lhubiriha, sources indicate that the body of the school principal as well as the bodies of two other persons who live in the town have been located.
It has not been reported that any of the attackers have been apprehended as of yet; however, the troops have stated that the attackers fled into the neighboring country of the Democratic Republic of the Congo after the attack.
Since a long time ago, Uganda has dispatched members of its armed forces to the Democratic Republic of the Congo in order to assist in the fight against these invaders.
Even as recently as April of this year, members of the ADF rebel group were responsible for a horrible incident in Congo in which they took 20 lives.
