Boat capsize kills five in Ondo state
At least five people died in a boat accident in Ugbo-Nla, Ilaje Local Government Area, Ondo State, as they were going to a market.
LEADERSHIP found out that the businessmen had an accident in a stream. Two of them died right away, but one of them used a life jacket to stay alive.
After this terrible accident, Ambassador Orioye Benedict Gbayisemore, the head of the National Fishermen's Association of Ondo State, Nigeria, asked the state government to make it a law that everyone in the water must wear a life jacket.
