Brazil and Spain will ban friendly matches to apologize to Vinicius

Brazil is going to play a friendly match against Spain to say sorry to Vinicius Junior and raise awareness about discrimination, which is hurting the success of football.

When releasing the plan for the friendly game, the Spanish Football Federation said that they had looked at the best time for both teams, which was March of next year.

Luis Rubiales, the president of the board, said that the game will be played to show full support for Vinicius and his team, Real Madrid. It will also be used to start a campaign against discrimination in the country, called "one skin," which is meant to help bring back the players who have been hurt by this problem.

Rubiales said that they want to show the world that discrimination is not allowed in Spain. He said that they have strict punishments and fines for anyone who is caught doing this.

But this comes after Vinicius Junior was treated unfairly during a match between Real Madrid and Valencia in May. He was called a monkey on the field, which got the attention of the football world.

Brazil played against Guinea in Barcelona last Saturday, and they'll play against Senegal in three days.
