Burna Boy Becomes The First In Africa To Win The "BET AWARDS" Four Times

Along with Aya Nakamura, Ayra Starr, Central Cee, Ella Mai, KO, L7nnon, Stormzy, Tiakola, and Uncle Waffles, Burna was nominated in the BET category.

Burna Boy, a well-known singer from Nigeria, has won the 2023 BET AWARDS for best black vocalist.

Burna Boy first gained notoriety in 2012 when he published the song "Like to Party" from the list of songs in his first songs that he released together. Burna Boy is one of the most well-known singers, dancers, and songwriters in Africa. Burna had already won the "BET AWARDS" for most popular black vocalists three times in the past, in 2019, 2020, and 2021, despite not attending the ceremony. Additionally, he was given the prize for the top African vocalist during Celebrating VGMA Week 2020.
