 Iran sued Canada before the ICJ

Iran went to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) with a case against Canada.

Iran asked the Canadian government in 2012, when it cut diplomatic links with the country and closed its embassy in Tehran and kicked out Iranian diplomats, to add its name to the list of those who supported terrorists. the place

Iran said that Canada is breaking international law by not following the court's order that Iran give some assets to the people who were hurt in the attack by groups that Tehran helped fund. But Canada has not yet said anything about Iran's move.
