Nasarawa State House of Assembly Elected Two Speakers

The Nasarawa State House of Assembly in Nigeria is in chaos after there was a division in the House, which caused both parties to elect the speaker of the house at different times.

The Speaker of the House, Ibrahin Balarabe Abdullahi, held the election of the Speaker of the House of Assembly in the main meeting hall of the Ministry of Local Government for security reasons, while Daniel Ogah Ogazi's side held their own election in the House of Assembly after they broke into the House. But without the Clerk of Parliament swearing him in.

The member representing Keana in the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Mohammed Adamu Omadefu, stated that from the beginning, the party and the stakeholders used to advise on the right person to be the Speaker of the House to create progress.

On the other hand, Daniel Ogah Ogazi who claims to be the Speaker of the House said that they followed the rules of the law.

The speaker on daily affairs, Barista Yusuf Shehu Usman, said that both parties are against the law and this can affect the development of the community.

The people who had difficulty in electing their leaders hope to see the representatives implement the laws that will bring peace and development in various fields.
