Prayer message: Our government will do justice to everyone - Deputy Governor of Kano

Comrade Aminu Abdussalam Gwarzo, the Deputy Governor of Kano State, told the people of the state that the government belongs to everyone, no matter what their political beliefs are.

On the day of the Great Prayer, Gwarzo praised Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf, National Chairman of the NNPP Senator Rabi'u Musa Kwankwaso, and other Muslims in the state. He also said that their government will be fair to everyone.

In a statement released Wednesday by his press aide, Ibrahim Garba Shuaibu, he said that while Muslims around the world are praying, it is time to share gifts with the poor and their loved ones.

He told the people of the state that they should back Governor Abba's government.

Gwarzo, who is also the commissioner of local governments and kingdoms, asked Muslims to pray for Nigeria, especially for its security and economy, during this holiday.
