At least three people died and 10 others were hurt when Russian troops attacked a boat in the Ukrainian-controlled city of Kherson.
Reports say that people who are being taken out of the city of Kherson are on boats. The governor of the area said that the people were moved because the Nova Kakhovka dam was broken, which the governments of Kyiv and Moscow blame each other for doing.
The governor said in his statement that one of the people who died was a 74-year-old man who gave his life to protect a woman from being attacked by Russia. But he didn't say how the attack was done by the Russian troops. Russia has said that the claims that it attacked people are not true.
