Russia is responsible for Wagner

Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the Russian government is in charge of the Wagner company's mercenary troops in order to pay the fighters.

For the first time, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the government is paying for the transportation of the Wagner company soldiers who protested over the weekend.

During a meeting with the country's troops, Putin said that the country's government has a hard time paying for all the costs of running the company.
