The Revenue, Distribution, and Budget Management Commission (RMAFC) has given the president, vice president, governors, members of parliament, and other chosen political leaders a 114 percent raise in pay.
The RMAFC is in charge of figuring out how much the President, Vice President, Governors, Deputy Governors, Ministers, Commissioners, Special Advisers, Members of Parliament, and office bearers should be paid. This includes the President, Vice President, Governors, Deputy Governors, Ministers, Commissioners, Special Advisers, Members of Parliament, and office bearers.
The committee asked the legislatures of 36 states to change the laws quickly so that the pay structure of politicians, judges, and government officials could be changed.
