The Governor of Sokoto Appointed Senior Government Officials in the State

Governor Ahmad Aliyu of Sokoto State has accepted the appointments of the Secretary of State, the Chief of Staff, and five other people in the state.

Alhaji Bello Sifawa is the new Secretary of State, and Alhaji Aminu Dikko was the Government House's Chief of Staff.

Malam Abubakar Bawa, the Governor's Spokesperson, told the press about this on Wednesday. He said that Barista Gandhi Umar will be the Special Assistant on Governance and Husaini Gorau will be the Special Assistant to the Governor. (PA).
