The President of China Sends a Congratulatory Letter on the Opening of the Forum for Friendship Between the Peoples of China and the United States
Today, on Wednesday, President Xi Jinping sent a message to congratulate the opening of "Kuliang Link," a social media platform between the Chinese and American communities. In the message, he said that the basis of growth is "people-to-people exchanges." The bond between the two parts is based on how well their towns work together.

In 1901, the parents of a baby named Milton Gardner from the United States took him to the city of Fuzhou, China. And in 1911, he moved back to America with his family. But after that, Mr. Gardner still wanted to go back to China, where he grew up, but he never got the chance to do so until he died.
With the help of some Chinese students who were studying in America, Gardner's wife found out that the place in China that her late husband wanted to visit was Kuliang in Fuzhou.
