16 civilians died in Darfur

In Nyala and other areas of Darfur, where rockets are killing civilians escaping the fighting in Sudan, the United Nations has accused the warring sides of violating human rights.

In the western Sudanese province of Darfur, at least 16 civilians perished when rockets landed on their homes as a result of gunfire between RSF and government forces. In Nyala, one of the regions that experienced civil war in the 2000s, the United Nations accuses the combatants of violating human rights.
