3,000 Palestinians have fled their houses as a result of Israeli assaults
The West Bank and Jordan River were targets of dozens of bombings by Israeli troops on Monday, according to the Palestinian Authority, which estimated that about 3,000 Palestinians had evacuated their homes in Jenin.
According to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the attack will continue as long as it is necessary to do so since it is a counterattack against the terrorists.
Even though families are departing, the BBC correspondent claimed that several Palestinians had informed her that Israel was holding their wives and young sons in the camp.
Attempts to occupy their homes have been described by Palestinian figures.
Local health officials estimate that there have been at least 10 deaths of Palestinians so far.
The United Nations has urged immediate action to provide help to the injured.
