Students' applications must include evidence of their abilities, a letter from their professor, and a project work plan outlining their motivation for the project.

Scholarships will be awarded in accordance with agreements adopted by the Inter-University Commission for the Awarding of PhD Scholarships, which is composed of representatives appointed by the Senator for Education, Science, and Research. Candidates may not necessarily apply for prior public support for the exact same project.
How to Apply for Elsa-Neumann Scholarships

2. Next, enter your details and identity.
3. Next, upload all required documents.
4. Continue on to the summit.
5. There are two terms per year, one beginning in April and the other in November. The Board will specify the timelines in detail.
6. The funding for chosen candidates will begin on April 1 or July 1 of that year.
