The Delta State Scholarship is one way the government helps the Delta Natives with their social welfare and unity. Most of the time, the State's Bursary pays for the Scholarship. This grant is meant to help students at colleges and universities, especially those who don't have a lot of money. Over the years, a lot of students have been able to get help from the Delta State Scholarship Programme.

How to apply for the Delta State Scholarship Scheme and what you need to do
Here is a list of what you need to do.
Before you can get the grant, you must be a native of Delta State.
The person must be a student at a recognized school.
Good grades are important.
At universities, polytechnics, and colleges of education, students are expected to have a CGPA of at least 3.00.
All candidates who are qualified must pass the screening process, where their qualifications are checked.
First Certificate of Leaving School (FSLC).
Certificate of Origin Statement of Results with your CGPA (This is for University/Polytechnic/College/School of Nursing Students, etc.).
