Hizba has started distribution of marriage forms for widows in Kano

The Hisba Commission in Kano state claimed to have established two committees that will be in charge of distributing applications and examining the health of individuals who must participate in its programme for marrying widows and young women.

She claimed that after receiving the government of Kano's clearance to carry out the marriage programme for 1,800 widows and girls, the plans have advanced significantly.
